The Court has entered Standing Order 26-01 Regarding the BNC Service Interruption. Please read the order carefully! Service duties are placed on the parties in paragraphs (B)(1)-(5). Paragraph (B)(1) discusses the notice of commencement of case and meeting of creditors; paragraph (B)(2) discusses discharge orders, orders dismissing or closing cases, and final decrees; paragraph (B)(3) discusses trustees’ final reports; paragraph (B)(4) discusses motions, applications, plans, petitions in pending proceedings, certain notices, transfers of claims, statements that presumptions of abuse have arisen, and other requests for relief; and paragraph (B)(5) addresses manner and proof of service.
