The United States Bankruptcy Court will be closed for the following holidays:

- Memorial Day - Monday, May 30
- Juneteenth - Monday, June 20*
- Independence Day - Monday, July 4
- Labor Day - Monday, September 5
- Columbus Day - Monday, October 10
- Veteran's Day - Thursday, November 11
- Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 24
- Christmas Day - Monday, December 26*
*If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be treated as a holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be treated as a holiday.
**This holiday is designated as "Washington’s Birthday" in section 6103(a) of title 5 of the United States Code, which is the law that specifies holidays for Federal employees.
