The Court’s CM/ECF system will be undergoing routine maintenance beginning at 8 am on Saturday, February 21st. It is anticipated that the service will not be accessible for most of the day.

 

During the outage, Filing Users may submit emergency or time sensitive filings via email (pdf files only) to ncmbml_intake@ncmb.uscourts.gov. Staff will be monitoring this address and will confirm receipt of the filing. They will also let the user know that the document must be filed via CM/ECF on the first day that filing via CM/ECF next becomes available (anticipated to be Sunday, February 22nd). If the document is timely filed via CM/ECF as directed, it will be deemed filed as of the time the email filing was received by the Clerk’s Office. If the document is not timely filed via CM/ECF as directed, it will be deemed filed when it is, in fact, filed via CM/ECF.
