Procedures and Event Codes for New Local Rules 6004-1 and 6007-1

Revised Local Rules became effective on January 1, 2026.
 
Please use the following event codes to submit proposed notices under new Local Rules 6004-1 and 6007-1. Leave blanks in each notice for the objection deadline and a tentative hearing date. The Clerk’s Office will fill in those blanks and serve all notices of sale. The filer is responsible for serving notices of abandonment or disposition of property.
 
  • Events for LR 6004-1:
