Expiration of Certain CAA Provisions

Several provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA) expired on December 27, 2021.  As a result, the following CM/ECF events have been disabled:

• Motion for Discharge Pursuant to Section 1328(i)
• Supplemental Proof of Claim for CARES Forbearance Claim

The form Motion for Discharge Pursuant to Section 1328(i) has also been removed from the Court’s website.

Please note that Congress may still decide to extend the sunset dates for the lapsed amendments and make them retroactive.  Should this occur, necessary changes will be made and an update will be posted here.
