Zoom Appearance Procedures for Judge Kahn

Beginning in July 2021, all hearings before the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina will be scheduled as in-person hearings. Judge Kahn will retain the ability for parties and counsel to attend by means of video appearance, but only upon request and only in certain, very limited circumstances. All requests to deem a hearing Zoom Eligible must be done through the procedures contained in the document below, which may be periodically updated or modified as need arises.
