Winston-Salem Court Visitors
The Winston-Salem courthouse remains open during the Business 40 construction project. However, please allow extra time when traveling to court or a 341 meeting as construction and parking issues may cause unexpected delays.

The United States Bankruptcy Court's Winston-Salem divisional office will be relocating in early July.

The Winston-Salem office located at 226 South Liberty Street will be closed after the conclusion of the court hearings on July 2, 2019. The new location at 601 W. 4th Street, Suite 100, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 will be open to the public starting July 9, 2019. From the afternoon of July 2nd through July 8th, any business that needs to take place in person should be done during regular business hours at our Greensboro location: 101 S. Edgeworth Street, Greensboro, NC 27401.
