Welcome to the official website for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. We have staffed offices in Greensboro and Winston-Salem.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

The public intake counters of the Clerk’s Office are open from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Parties should familiarize themselves with the Court’s COVID-19 Standing Orders and guidelines for telephonic hearings, which may be accessed below. Parties are also encouraged to contact the Clerk’s Office at 336-358-4000 with any questions. Please note: payments made by mail must be directed to the Greensboro divisional office.

Until further notice and unless otherwise specified, hearings will be held either telephonically or via video conference. If your hearing will proceed via video conference, you will be contacted with further instructions.
