IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Court is open and will remain open throughout the government shutdown. However, intake counter hours in Greensboro and Winston Salem will be adjusted to 8:30am-4:30pm daily beginning on October 20, 2025, with a one hour closure each day from 12pm-1pm. Staffing adjustments may also result in delayed email/phone response times.

2025 Holiday Closure Order

At the start of 2025, a street project began converting Liberty Street and Main Street to 2-way traffic. The project is expected to take 9-10 months. In traveling to the Winston-Salem Courthouse, you may wish to allow for added time if this construction is along your route. See this link for more detail: Street Conversion
