Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge have included a PDF viewer within the browser.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is also available as a free download on Adobe’s website.  All these options are suitable for viewing pdf documents and have been tested in CM/ECF.
