Inaccessibility of CM/ECF

If CM/ECF is inaccessible due to scheduled maintenance or technical issues, the Clerk may accept emergency or time sensitive filings from Filings Users via email at ncmbml_intake@ncmb.uscourts.gov [1]. An announcement will be made if this option becomes available. Only pdf attachments will be accepted. Someone from the Clerk’s Office will confirm receipt of the filing and will provide further instructions to the user—including a deadline for when the document must actually be filed via CM/ECF in order to be deemed filed as of the time the email filing was received by the Clerk’s Office. If the document is not filed via CM/ECF in accordance with the instructions provided, it will be deemed filed when it is, in fact, filed on CM/ECF.
