All lanes and parking along the section of 4^th Street between Spruce and Poplar Streets will be temporarily closed from October 18^th – October 29^th from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. The South sidewalk will remain open.  Please be aware that you will not be able to travel that section during the dates provided.
