PACER Fee Increase

Effective April 1, 2012, the fee is increased for electronic access to court data from $.08 to $.10 per page. The total charged for any document, docket sheet, or case-specific report will not exceed the fee for thirty pages. Transcripts are not subject to the thirty page fee limit. The fee for electronic access to an audio file remains at $2.40 per audio file.

PACER users who do not accrue charges of more than $15 in a quarterly billing cycle will not be charged a fee. (The current minimum billing charge is $10 per quarter.)

Note: The fee increase from $.08 per page to $.10 per page has been suspended for local, state, and federal government entities until 4/1/2015.
