Please be aware that new Bankruptcy Rules go into effect on December 1, 2017.
The Rules have significant changes in deadlines, including:

In Chapter 13 cases, the time period to object to confirmation is reduced from 28 days to 21 days.

In Chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases, the time period to file a timely proof of claim is now 70 days from the order for relief.
