I forgot my password? What should I do???

Don't panic! You can have a new password sent to your email account! The basic steps are simple:

1. Request a new password. You will receive an email with a link.
2. Click the link in the email. Another email will be sent to you with the new password.
3. Login with the new password. Then, you can change your password if you like.

When you enter a wrong password, you'll get a message that your password is wrong. Part of that message is a link to "Click Here".



Once you "Click Here", put in your email address.



You'll receive an email with a link to click to receive a new password. Here's a sample of that email



After you click on that link, a new password will be emailed to you!

You should now have another email that contains your new password! And a link to change your password to something you can remember. Follow that link!



Login with your NEW password!



Finally, if you want, change your password to something you can more easily remember.
