Private Message Notification

The forums include a "Private Messages" function that lets you send messages to other forum members. By default, if you have a message, that fact will be displayed in the top right corner of your screen.

If you would like to receive an email or a pop-up message when you receive a PM, click on "User CP" then "Edit Options".

You will then see two options that let you receive a notification when you get a PM. After you click the option you want, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
